Data and purposes

The form requests name, email, message, service of interest and, optionally, company. It also includes the enquiry language. These details are used to respond, assess your request and prepare a proposal when requested.

Enquiries are addressed to hola@danaspoltech.com. The website has no separate enquiry database. Delivery depends on the email service being available; if delivery is not confirmed, you can email that address directly. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary third-party data.

Technical identifiers needed to limit form abuse are used to protect the service. Visit analytics measures website use only when accepted. Enquiries do not subscribe you to advertising.

Lawful basis

Project and quotation requests are handled to take steps at your request before entering a contract under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). General enquiries and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in responding to requested communications and protecting the service under Article 6(1)(f), subject to your right to object.

Analytics relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a). You can reject or withdraw it through “Cookie preferences” without affecting navigation or the contact form.

Retention

Enquiries and emails are retained while necessary to answer your request and provide the follow-up you requested. Once that purpose ends, unnecessary data will be deleted, except data that must be retained with restricted access for legal obligations or potential liabilities.

The form protection counter retains IP address hashes and timestamps for up to 24 hours. The privacy choice is valid for 180 days. Analytics identifier retention is described in the cookie policy; withdrawing consent stops new measurement but does not automatically delete data previously sent to Google.

Providers and transfers

The intended hosting is a Hostinger VPS. The contact email is hola@danaspoltech.com. Google provides Analytics and Tag Manager. These providers may process data needed to provide their services. We do not sell data or share it for third parties’ own advertising.

International provider services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Provider terms explain the applicable destinations and mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, depending on the service. You can ask the controller for information about safeguards applicable to your data.

Demos and local storage

Demos are simulations using fictional data in browser memory. Edits reset on reload. They do not connect to an external CRM or AI model and do not make payments or send emails.

The website may store a language preference and privacy choice in your browser. Enquiry and demo content is not sent as analytics events.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing hola@danaspoltech.com. Specify the right you wish to exercise; additional identity information will only be requested where necessary.

You can withdraw analytics consent from the footer. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
